These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the Scrape Armor text-messaging program operated by Scrape Armor, Inc. (“Scrape Armor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By opting in to receive text messages from Scrape Armor, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.
Program Description
The Scrape Armor SMS program may send text messages concerning:
- Product announcements
- Promotions and discount offers
- Back-in-stock notices
- Shopping-cart reminders
- Checkout reminders
- Order-related information
- Customer-service communications
- Warranty or product-support communications
- Other information concerning Scrape Armor products and services
Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Consent
By providing your mobile telephone number and completing the applicable opt-in process, you provide your prior express written consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS or MMS messages from Scrape Armor at the telephone number provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Your consent applies only to Scrape Armor and does not authorize unrelated third parties to send marketing text messages.
You represent that:
- You are the authorized user of the telephone number provided
- You are permitted to consent to receive messages at that number
- The information you provide is accurate
Notify us promptly if your telephone number changes or is reassigned.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions, subscriptions, purchases, and the campaigns or automated messaging flows in which you participate.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Scrape Armor does not charge a separate fee for participating in the SMS program, but your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving messages.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from Scrape Armor.
After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message. No further marketing messages will be sent unless you later opt in again.
Opting out of marketing text messages does not prevent us from sending nonmarketing communications that you separately request or that are necessary to complete a transaction, provide customer service, address safety or fraud, or comply with law.

Supported Carriers
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information through the SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may use service providers, including Klaviyo and telecommunications providers, to operate and deliver the SMS program.
Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent records will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be provided to service providers and telecommunications partners solely as necessary to operate the messaging program, provide requested services, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law.
Eligibility
The SMS program is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the SMS program at any time.
We may also update these SMS Terms and Conditions. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date.
No Guarantee of Delivery
Text messages may be delayed, filtered, blocked, or undelivered because of carrier availability, network issues, device settings, telephone-number changes, or other circumstances outside our control.
